I had a backup and needed pumping service fast. Mac was great, showed up right away and suggested some easy modifications to the inlet and outlet flows (adding baffles) to make my system more robust. Hayden was our technician and was very communicative and easy to work with. Great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Doug and Hayden treated us like family. They took care of all of our problems and were unbelievably reasonable in the final charges for all the work and time spent. Would highly recommend MAC septic. Price, customer service and septic work…all outstanding!

I don’t know what the other people charge and I don’t care. Because the man who came out and pumped my tank was Professional, on time, clean and knowledgeable. And when I called, I learned everything about how and why septic tanks work (Or don’t work as in my case). When they were through, everything was back to normal. And that’s a good feeling. They came very quickly and did an excellent job. The owner is a super nice guy and the guy he sent was knowledgeable Honest and hard working. Got my system cleaned out and up and running in no time. Also very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend them for all your septic tank issues.

Looking for a company that would not take advantage of me. Called MAC SEPTIC and made an appt. Marvin came out to look at my septic. Was on time. We talked about the issue in depth, just a small issue with float valve that was causing the alarm to go off. He corrected the issue and spoke about future issues I could face. Marvin was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Had a lot of great conversations about traveling in an RV. Didn't charge me for the work because it was a quick fix. Will definitely call if we have any future issues and will recommend to anyone that has issues to call Marvin.

My service tech was Hayden Cole! He was extremely professional! I’m the kind of person who wants to know how things work and he took the time to show me my system and explain how it was set up and showed me results after completion of his work and potential future issues! Highly recommend him! He is the kind of person I would want working for me!!!!!

This is one of or maybe the best company's l have had the pleasure of using l was panicking no one could help with my septic problem l called Mac Septic and they went out of there way to help my regular Septic company that we have used for years not only did they turn me down even though I have water backing up in my bathrooms they wanted an extra 3 hundred dollars to come the next day so a total of 8 hundred not only have l found a new company l highly recommend if you want a great experience use these guys they are the best
